Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 7 working days of purchase. UK orders can take up to 15 working days to be delivered from dispatch, but should usually arrive in 1-5 working days. If you have not received your order by the times stated please let us know as soon as possible; we will be unable to help you if more than 3 months have passed from the date of dispatch.
We are not always able to track your order at every stage of delivery but we can try and track your order should you encounter any delays. If you still have not received your order after the normal 15 day (for UK orders) delivery period has expired, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will aim to respond promptly to confirm your order status.
Occasionally there are exceptions to this process and delivery schedule, if so this will be clearly stated on the item details.
If you have any special requests in relation to your delivery please contact us before you order.
Please note, if you are resident outside of the UK your order may be subject to import duty and taxes imposed by your country, please check with your country's terms for further details. If your order is returned due to non payment of these charges, you will be refunded upon receipt of the item, less all shipment costs and expenses incurred.
Returns
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase from francescaapicella.com, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt. As long as the item is returned in mint condition within its original packaging alongside original proof of purchase you will be entitled to a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] or by using our contact form before returning anything.
Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and refunded minus the shipping cost. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item, please kindly use a trackable and insured system such as a parcel delivery or courier service.
Items purchased at a show/event etc are sold as seen and we do not offer any exchange or refund for these items.
All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.
If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange an item please contact us to arrange a refund, replacement or exchange. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Availability of goods on the website:
We try our hardest to ensure that all items advertised on the website are in stock (with an excption for pre-orders.) In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.
Colour differences:
The images of the artwork on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the artwork. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, given the bespoke, handcrafted nature of much of the artwork sold on the website, the exact size of artwork may differ from piece to piece and from the official sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website. These images are published for the sole purpose of giving you an idea of what the artwork looks like and they shall not form part of the contract or have any contractual force.
Typographical errors:
In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price paid.
Contests/Games/Events:
All participants in any games, quizzes, contests, events or other such activities contained on the Site must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter. Any territorial restrictions or other conditions must be complied with.
